We utilizes some of the latest and most advanced simulation software. Our in house expertise in application such as Fanuc ROBOGUIDE, ABB RobotStudio, KUKA Sim Pro and others is complemented with our network of suppliers who specialize in simulations of conveyance or other standard application.

Our capabilities include system layout, process engineering, fluid flow engineering, machine engineering as well as machine prototyping and testing. Our team utilizes the latest software tools available including Siemens NX/Unigraphics, Catia, Solidworks, AutoCAD 3D.  In addition FEA in Solidworks and Catia.

Esys boasts one of the largest and most experienced groups of Automation Controls Engineering talent in the industry. We started our business as a controls engineering services company and have continually invested in this talent to become what it is today. Our capabilities include:

Esys has multiple manufacturing facilities to suite our customer’s needs. In most cases, Esys builds the complete machine or assembly line, commissions and validates them before shipping to our customer.

As part of our turnkey, managed approach, Esys provides the experience to install equipment into your facility, no matter the location. Esys provides full project management and general contracting services to accomplish the project at hand.

Safety is who we are, what we do, and our number one priority.  Esys has a comprehensive safety program that we adhere to as we execute any project.  Our project managers facilitate risk assessments on our systems to ensure safety for everyone involved in the deployment of and use of our automated systems.

At Esys, we put a tremendous amount of emphasis on training our customers to effectively use the systems we deliver. A project is not completely successful unless the support team has been thoroughly trained. Our approach is to provide classroom style courses prior to delivery of systems and then follow up with additional courses on the plant floor after the system is functional. This two-step method allows for a knowledge foundation to be constructed and then later completed with hands on training. We understand that production is critical and the teams dedicated to supporting the equipment must be capable of reacting quickly and safely to unwanted downtime.
